[Previous Our Readers Respond ] Pat, I loved it. Thank you for sharing. Amen dear sister! Thank you for the reminder of God's GREAT love for His children. Patricia, thank you for sharing with us today. I enjoyed it very much as I'm sure others have also. May God continue to bless you. Dear Patricia, I really enjoy your story "My Blinking Coffee Maker". Thank you. Dear Pat: We all fall short of God's standards but we are cleansed by His precious blood shed for us. Only following Him moment by moment will accomplish His will. Dear Patricia, I think I would get a paper sticker and put it over it. That should be opaque enough to stop it flashing-it’s a man thing. Still each it to their own! Thanks for the thought about sediment! And that’s not my only problem. Good Word Patricia. I guess many of us would get a new coffee maker or switch to tea rather then get to the root of the problem. So to God wants us to receive a internal cleansing by The Holy Spirit. I was reminded of the scripture by Paul as I read your devotional. "I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened..." (Eph.1:18). Blessings. God bless you, may God bless you so deeply this day. Our whole family endured a deep needed cleansing this past year. It was so painful, some of the crud that came out was so ugly it was awful. But God chipped away at the sin that was stuck so hard, I think He may have used a hammer. But, my, I wouldn't go back to that dirty sin that was destroying our family for anything. The unit is working pretty good, and Lord willing will be used now to serve many others. Thank you for your words, useful words, powerful words. Too often we are afraid of offense, so we sugar coat, and people around us are being destroyed. Let's speak truth into each others lives. Again, may God use you mightily. Good Morning Patricia, What an awesome devotional this morning!!! How very patient God is while He tries to get us to take care of the things in our lives that hinder us from living the abundant life that He promises! I am so looking forward to giving that devotional to some of the guys I have been visiting at the jail. Jesus so often used the everyday things in life to teach important lessons and I feel that He is doing the same from some of these devotionals, especially when I don't have very much time to spend with the guys. May God continue to bless you as you write for Him. Good Morning Patricia: What a beautiful devotional explaining briefly, yet very clearly, our need for a Saviour and the way one dedicates ones life to Him and allows Him to be their Father and Lord. I believe this is one of your finest devotionals, superbly done with the plan of salvation made very plain and clear. God will indeed bless you for the missionary work you carry out through your challenging devotionals. Once again, thank you for your dedication and loyalty to the PCC readers. Your testimony, thoughts and advice is valued by me and, I am sure, by many. Re: Sorrow by Rod Marshall, Wednesday, January 25, 2012
Dear Rod:
Re: PCCWeb Daily Devotional
Firstly I wanted to thank all those that contribute devotionals, and to those that put them together so that we are able to receive the e-mails and know of another’s story of faith in God.
