Greetings; I just received word that my nephew Donald Brown’s young 17 year old son (who just graduated from Grade 12 in Fergus, Ontario) Stevie Brown has been badly burned today in Toronto while working at a geothermal installation. Apparently he has 50% burns to his body and is in Sunnybrook Hospital. The accident took place in the vicinity of Sunnybrook where he is presently in an induced coma and may remain so for as long as a month. They are as well currently applying skin grafts and expect that Stevie should do as well as can be expected due to his age and his good fitness. We ask for your prayers for his complete restoration of health as well as peace for him, his Mom (Vicki) his Dad (Don) his older brother and younger sister and as well the young man who was with him at the time of the fire. Jesus is our Physician & Healer and He will bless Stevie Brown with completely restored health. I thank you for your prayers, May God bless you, Jim Brown

Keep Praying 7/30/10
Please pray for D that he has not gone back to using drugs. The Lord is so good and I have failed to teach D about His saving grace. If only D would knock on the door it would be opened and he would find that he could overcome. Please pray also for my husband and family if we must face yet another ordeal with D. We will all need the strength and your prayers will help. God bless all who believe and I pray for all who have addiction problems and for their families. Most of all I pray for all who do not yet believe-- that they will find the Lord.

Employment Disaster 7/29/10
Please pray for P and all fellow workers in the UK who have been terminated from their Government jobs after years of faithful service, some 30 to 40 years, and in addition pensions are being reduced, by legislation! No appreciation is being shown for their past efforts. Many will lose their homes and suffering will be great. The banks, responsible for financial problems, are not being held responsible. Important programs are being terminated. The effects are catastrophic.

Please pray for my husband who is contemplating quitting his job because of the boss's verbal and emotional abuse towards him. It is getting to the point that he can't take it anymore, but we are in a financial situation that keeps him stuck. We need for you to pray that another job will become available, to give him peace of mind, and to get joy back into his life. Thank you so much and may God bless everyone!

Child Care licence 7/29/10
A gifted manager of a Day Care for children may lose her licence because of suspicion about her mental stability. Please pray for all concerned to be guided and reassured.

Son-in-law Rushing To Hospital 7/27/10
My Daughter "V" just phoned to tell us that her Husband "N" was being rushed to the Hospital by Ambulance. He is in excruciating pain with the Herniated Discs in his Back. His Physician has been away on vacation and the Specialist he's supposed to see is not getting him in for an appointment till the Fall. Today he can't stand because he collapses plus he can't even go to the washroom. He's only 32 years old. Please pray fervently for this poor loving young Husband and Father to two little girls. Amen.

My friend emailed me this short note: "I don't know all the details yet but I just got a call from her mother that the police found her dead at her house.I am numb and in prayer. Thank you as I know you will." I thank everyone in advance for your prayers on their behalf.

A daughters health 7/25/10
Our daughter has so many health issues. Please pray that the surgery will happen sooner rather than later and that the problems will be solved. It seems to take so long for the doctors to do what is needed to be done.

Waiting not so patiently 7/25/10
We have been waiting for two weeks for the results of a lung biopsy. Needless to say we are concerned about cancer. It has been such a long two weeks. Please pray that the results are favourable and not cancer and please pray that we get the results soon. Thank you.
